Our organic gardens are located in different areas of Western Liguria Riviera. Since we value the ecosystem and the soil type of each area, we only grow fruit and vegetables in the most appropriate locations in order to obtain superior quality products while respecting the environment. All our products are grown organically, without using pesticides or chemical herbicides. 

Among our best products, ox-heart tomatoes, Belendina onions (A Slow Food presidium), strawberries, trombette courgettes, aubergines, citrus fruits and many others typical of Liguria. Our fruits and vegetables are all seasonal and freshly picked before delivery to our restaurants or customers or sale in our shops.
